A social media network company is filling a position for a Telecommute Compensation Partner.

  • Analyzing data to distill insights, convey findings and support compensation recommendations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of experience in global compensation

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A holistic problem solver striving for excellence with a growth mindset
  • Ability to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders from various disciplines
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
