Job Summary

A diversified technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Complaint Handling Triage Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Triaging records in accordance with procedures
  • Assessing reportability of new complaint records
  • Analyzing complaints and adverse events

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Complaint Handling Software, Databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and relationship to business
  • Ability to interpret Regulations, Corporate, Division and Department procedures
