A diversified technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Complaint Handling Triage Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Triaging records in accordance with procedures
- Assessing reportability of new complaint records
- Analyzing complaints and adverse events
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Complaint Handling Software, Databases, and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of quality systems and relationship to business
- Ability to interpret Regulations, Corporate, Division and Department procedures
