Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Complaint Handling Triage Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assess reportability of new complaint records
  • Triage of records in accordance with procedures to ensure compliance to the regulations
  • Assist with post-market health hazard evaluations as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to interpret Regulations, Corporate, Division and Department procedures
  • Experience with Complaint Handling Software, Databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and relationship to business
  • Ability to effectively manage time and stay organized
  • Ability to adequately prioritize workload and handle multiple task assignments at once
