Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Complaint Handling Triage Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess reportability of new complaint records
- Triage of records in accordance with procedures to ensure compliance to the regulations
- Assist with post-market health hazard evaluations as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to interpret Regulations, Corporate, Division and Department procedures
- Experience with Complaint Handling Software, Databases, and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of quality systems and relationship to business
- Ability to effectively manage time and stay organized
- Ability to adequately prioritize workload and handle multiple task assignments at once
