Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Complex Care Business Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing multiple call teams for quality, performance, productivity, etc
  • Monitoring business level reports to ensure goals are met
  • Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and for meetings as needed
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of call center experience
  • 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience within a call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous healthcare experience
