Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Compliance Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze loans using servicing systems and documentation for compliance as defined by client policies/procedures
- Review servicing practices for loans in Bankruptcy
- Identify compliance issues, document and present findings via Appian to communicate to the Client
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 -3 years of Default, Foreclosure, REO, Modification and Loss Mitigation experience
- Excellent PC skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of servicer systems and documentation and affidavits involved in the default process
- Relationship experience with performing file reviews on loss mitigation, default servicing and foreclosure documents and affidavits
- Ability to prioritize a heavy workload in order to meet deadlines and production goals
