Job Summary
A vehicle service company is seeking a Telecommute Compliance and Fleet Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering and reporting data needed to file taxes and registrations
- Monitoring pre & post trip inspections standards and preventive maintenance services and schedules.
- Maintaining compliance with our UCR, MCS-150, IFTA, and IRP accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to help the Fleet Manager with operational relationships in regards to tractor and trailer manufacturers
- Can define project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and business feasibility
- Can utilize our OBC technology to drive maintenance for our last mile and line haul fleets
- Able to work with separate state mileage reporting agencies outside of IFTA for compliance
