Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Compliance Consultant in Hartford.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing consultation to HR partners on a variety of HR Compliance issues
- Identifying issues and business requirements, analyzing data and implementing solutions
- Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing new state, federal, and local paid leave legislation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in the areas of Legal, Compliance or Project Management
- Experience using technology platforms for tracking and reporting on compliance activity
- Strong analytical and Excel skills required
- Experience analyzing state, federal and local regulations to determine applicability
