A staffing and workforce management company is seeking a Telecommute Compliance Consultant in Santa Clara.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Determining the applicability of and identify risks related to regulatory requirements
- Understanding and documenting the compliance related processes and internal controls
- Utilizing the Corporate Compliance systems to map the documented processes and controls
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 years of consulting/advisory or bank internal audit/compliance experience
- Familiarity with risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks
- Knowledge of advising and developing integrated solutions at financial institutions
- Experience in business process analysis/mapping and identifying process improvements or remediation
- BA/BS degree in related field
- Excellent time management and attention to detail are critical to this position
