Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Compliance Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review laws and regulations for business impact and complete risk assessments
  • Lead and motivate cross functional team members in strategy development
  • Foster cooperation across team and organizational units

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years financial services experience with 3+ years in ABAC policies/procedures
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Expert knowledge of relevant regulatory data sources and data analysis tools
  • Expert knowledge of relevant industry regulations and regulatory compliance
  • Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years to minimum requirements
