Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Compliance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor current systems, policies, and strategies
- Advise business teams on regulatory compliance matters related to new and ongoing business initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of escalated customer complaints management
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in consumer finance
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge and application of consumer protection laws and regulation
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to handle and resolve operational issues and challenging initiatives
