Job Summary

A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Compliance Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor current systems, policies, and strategies
  • Advise business teams on regulatory compliance matters related to new and ongoing business initiatives
  • Lead the planning and execution of escalated customer complaints management

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in consumer finance
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge and application of consumer protection laws and regulation
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to handle and resolve operational issues and challenging initiatives
