Job Summary
A legal consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Compliance Paralegal in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the due diligence/vetting process for business partners
- Reviewing watch list and sanctions screening results
- Drafting and reviewing follow-up correspondence with partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years’ experience with FCPA/UKBA compliance/due diligence process
- In-house or law firm experience
- Experience with drafting policies and procedures is a plus
- Visio and/or Tableau a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and MS Word
- Experience researching third parties, corporate ownership structures, and ultimate beneficial owners
