Must be able to:
- Answer questions regarding affordable housing program requirements
- Review the resident files within the time frames outlined
- Communicate in written form regarding the deficiencies found in the resident files
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel may be requested
- 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance or affordable property management
- Strong time management skills
- Keen sense of attention to detail
- Demonstrated a sense of urgency and be results driven
- Lnowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC and HUD programs
