Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Compliance Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating with the site managers over the telephone and/or by email to answer questions
  • Reviewing the resident files within the timeframes outlined in a contract
  • Communicating in written form regarding the deficiencies found in the resident files

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel to perform site audits and attend trainings
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance or affordable property management is required  
  • Must have a working knowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC and HUD programs
