Job Summary

A reverse mortgage lending company has an open position for a Telecommute Compliance Testing Analyst II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Research and review origination documents and disclosures for language and content requirements
• Perform compliance testing to ensure selected loans are in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as agency requirements
• Research, identify, and document operational processes and key controls

Position Requirements Include:

• College degree or equivalent related experience required
• Federal regulatory compliance knowledge including but not limited to: RESPA, TILA, ECOA, TRID, HMDA, etc
• Minimum of 3 years mortgage related experience in compliance, quality control and/or quality assurance
• Agency knowledge including but not limited to: HECM, FHA, VA, etc
• Ability to read and analyze various laws, rules, and regulations
