Job Summary

A cloud hosting and deployment service provider is in need of a Telecommute Compute Senior Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Design, implement, test and optimize new services
  • Work with our product teams to build the next generation of products and services
  • Drive architecture for complex products

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to take an all-expense-paid trip to our office at least once a year, and to attend relevant conferences/training
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, developer, or programmer
  • Expertise with at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, C/C++, Java
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems programming
  • Record of creating sweeping improvements in stability, performance and scalability
  • Operational familiarity with Linux servers
