Job Summary
A publishing society has an open position for a Telecommute Concord Customer Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service on all interactions, primarily by email, but also over video conference and/or in-person training
- Surface customers’ concerns and questions to management
- Develop, maintain, and improve customer support training materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attending and participating in training meetings as needed
- Possible in-person customer service training
- Mother Church membership is required
- A university-level diploma or equivalent work experience
