Job Summary

A publishing society has an open position for a Telecommute Concord Customer Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service on all interactions, primarily by email, but also over video conference and/or in-person training
  • Surface customers’ concerns and questions to management
  • Develop, maintain, and improve customer support training materials

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attending and participating in training meetings as needed
  • Possible in-person customer service training
  • Mother Church membership is required
  • A university-level diploma or equivalent work experience
