Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Configuration Management and CMDB Consultant in Lyndhurst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as an adviser to the client on how to define best practices around Asset and Configuration Management
• Assist in the implementation of a CMDB utilizing Service Now
• Provide exceptional Consulting Skills

Position Requirements Include:

• Some ability to travel (depending on your location)
• Thorough understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL best practices
• Strong understanding of Asset and Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Experience mapping Applications and Services to CIs
• Hands-on Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and how Asset and Configuration Management is handled within ServiceNow
