Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing effective configuration management processes
- Maintaining documentations of build processes for future reference purposes
- Communicating system configuration status to management and client on regular basis
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend customer meetings, kick-off meetings, configuration meetings, and production meetings as needed
- 5 years configuration experience
- Advanced level process mapping skills
- Advanced level process improvement experience
- Advanced knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods and processes
