Job Summary
A solutions-based consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Constant and Never Ending Improvement Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing clear objectives for ongoing coaching with each Client Care Manager
- Establishing rapport and build relationships quickly over the phone
- Preparing materials and deliver online coaching support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ of demonstrated successful experience as an Account Manager
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with MS Office tools
- Extensive knowledge of how to manage, influence and coach people over the phone
- Ability to analyze KPIs and develop an action plan to drive results
- Strong written and communication skills and experience presenting to individuals or groups through a variety of methods
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on multiple projects with strict timelines
