A full-service maintenance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Construction and Maintenance Project Manager in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets
- Communicate with customers and technicians
- price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos, knowledge, and prior data
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 to 5+ Years Experience in repair, maintenance, and/or construction trades
- Experience Working with Sub-Vendors
- Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
- 5+ years experience
