Job Summary
A real estate investment management company is seeking a Telecommute Construction Controller.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage monthly closing process including review of accounts, reconciliations and monthly closing journal entries prepared by the Accounting team
- Manage job cost month-end accrual process
- Monitor bond and warranty reserves, and allocation of costs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field
- CPA required
- 5 + years of experience in accounting specifically in job costing homebuilding and/or land development environments
- At least 3 years in a manager role
