Job Summary

A specialty insurance and reinsurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Construction Defect Claims Adjuster.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing claim forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions and other records
  • Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly
  • Managing claims in litigation

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel, sometimes overnight, approximately 10% of the time
  • Must possess or have ability to quickly obtain a license in each jurisdiction requiring a license to adjudicate first party claims
  • Ability to articulate the financial value of your work at multiple responsibility levels
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
  • A minimum of three years’ experience adjudicating construction defect claims is strongly preferred
