Job Summary

A project management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Construction Monitoring Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understanding plans, specifications, and other construction documents
  • Comparing actual percent of work completed with that presented by the contractor
  • Identifying deficiencies and or defects in the construction when compared to the plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel, on average, approximately 40% to 50% of time to client sites
  • 5 years progressive experience with medium sized construction projects
  • Experience managing the activities of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Experience working with government agencies at all levels
  • Working professional knowledge of construction industry estimating programs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
