Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company is in need of a Telecommute Construction Portfolio Mortgage Underwriter 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing and evaluating construction residential loan applications
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information
  • Developing and maintaining a loan underwriting portfolio

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of mortgage underwriting experience
  • Ability to make credit structure and loan eligibility decisions
