Job Summary
A fast food corporation is filling a position for a Telecommute Construction Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with Area Real Estate Managers to prioritize development opportunities to ensure best use of capital
- Ensuring quality control standards for construction (e.g., cost, timing, site building design layout, specifications)
- Helping to create, manage, and execute the development plan to meet portfolio returns and goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This position requires approximately 40-50% travel
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of construction management experience
- 2 years of experience managing programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer obsession
- Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email and Internet research
