Job Summary
A hospitality company is in need of a Telecommute Construction Support Project Manager and SBA Loan Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assist franchisees with navigating the US SBA Loan or Certified Development Company program
- Maintaining a database of all new construction projects to track various milestones and statuses
- Aiding licensees on pre-construction development problems or obstacles
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Experience working with SBA loans
- A minimum of (5) five years of experience within the hotel industry or franchised organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in Excel
