Job Summary
A planning and consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Consulting Client Success Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide follow-through to complete the fulfillment process
- Onboard the client
- Answer questions or engage the proper department to assist
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service background
- Comfortable working with technology & word processing systems
- Ability to establish rapport with our clients and build strong relationships with our clients in a friendly and confident manner
