An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Consulting HCM Practice Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be accountable for business operational/financial metrics
• Be responsible for maintaining strategic direction
• Be accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel as needed
• 10+ years of experience
• 5 years of consulting experience
• 2 years of project management leadership experience
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
