Job Summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Consulting Sales Incentives and Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the Commercial Analytics and Insights team to build and conduct data analysis
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of compensation systems and data models
- Assisting with system changes by developing, documenting, and performing system tests
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of building and maintaining complex data models and/or databases
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and recommending data-informed solutions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to provide system support and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to help identify improvements/enhancements to the commission plans, policies, and processes
- Ability to assist with the development and maintenance of compensation systems and data models
