Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Consumer Collections Specialist in Marlborough.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working collection queues and making outbound calls
- Reviewing and documenting status of accounts
- Preparing correspondence for accounts requiring special handling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Remote until the COVID-19 situation stabilizes
- 2-3 years of recent/progressive consumer collections experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience successfully utilizing various computer programs including MS Office
- Highly motivated and team oriented
- Knowledge of collection laws such as Fair Debt Collection Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act
