Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Consumer Goods Customer Success Manager in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing customer success strategies to improve quality of service
- Establishing customer service policies and procedures
- Providing goals and feedback to all customer experience agents reporting to them
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have at least 3 years of customer success experience
- At least one year managing a customer success team
- Should be extremely skilled at troubleshooting customer issues and methods
- Must be someone who works well in a fast paced, startup environment and remains calm under pressure
- Must be an excellent communicator and an enthusiastic leader
