Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Consumer Goods Customer Success Manager in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing customer success strategies to improve quality of service
  • Establishing customer service policies and procedures
  • Providing goals and feedback to all customer experience agents reporting to them

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 3 years of customer success experience
  • At least one year managing a customer success team
  • Should be extremely skilled at troubleshooting customer issues and methods
  • Must be someone who works well in a fast paced, startup environment and remains calm under pressure
  • Must be an excellent communicator and an enthusiastic leader
