Job Summary

A consumer goods company has an open position for a Telecommute Consumer Goods New Product Strategy Director.

Must be able to:

• Build and execute exploratory research plans to identify unmet needs
• Work in close partnership with multiple functions across the organization
• Communicate insights and intent in a way that inspires and activates designers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in design research- applying insights to physical products
• Ability to be creative and resourceful
• Ability to be a natural team player
• Ability to work and remain adaptable in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Ability to adept at jumping between high level strategy and tactical execution
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing programs
