Job Summary
A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Telecommute Consumer Trust Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving broad operational issues, and coordinating activities and processes
- Being a visible subject-matter-expert with regard to Fraud and Abuse tools
- Protecting customers and consumers through ongoing identification of bad actors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or similar discipline or equivalent job experience
- 7+ years of people management experience, preferably in an operations environment
- Basic technical skills including an understanding of APIs and data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and are comfortable working under pressure
