Job Summary

A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Telecommute Consumer Trust Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving broad operational issues, and coordinating activities and processes
  • Being a visible subject-matter-expert with regard to Fraud and Abuse tools
  • Protecting customers and consumers through ongoing identification of bad actors

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or similar discipline or equivalent job experience
  • 7+ years of people management experience, preferably in an operations environment
  • Basic technical skills including an understanding of APIs and data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and are comfortable working under pressure
