Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Contact Center Enterprise Architect .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning all contact center strategy, functional design and versioning
  • Supporting product engineering with their contact center platform needs
  • Meeting with teams to create fully-developed roadmaps and timelines

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences
  • 7+ years' architecture, design, development, deployment, integration, and configuration of Contact Center systems
  • Ability to perform complex problem isolation within Contact Center infrastructures
  • Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release management process
  • Documentation-first mindset backed by an understanding for what goes into creating the perfect document
