Job Summary
An outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Contact Center Process Improvement Black Belt.
Must be able to:
- Lead and manag globally spanned/client facing process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and maintain improvements via robust Control Planning and Compliance Measures
- Communicate ongoing project performance with management and various levels of the organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in process improvement methodology
- Proficient in Minitab or other statistical software
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
