Job Summary

An outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Contact Center Process Improvement Black Belt.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and manag globally spanned/client facing process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain improvements via robust Control Planning and Compliance Measures
  • Communicate ongoing project performance with management and various levels of the organization

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience in process improvement methodology
  • Proficient in Minitab or other statistical software
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
