Job Summary

A video chat software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Contact Center Product Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading cross-functional go-to-market teams to bring new features and capabilities to market
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities including pricing, sales, and channel performance, and the importance of feature usage

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of product marketing experience specifically in the Contact Center/CCaaS industry
  • 5+ years or equivalent professional experience in product marketing for a Contact Center, Customer Experience or SaaS CX company
  • Expert knowledge of phone, CRM, and contact center products in this market space
