Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Contact Center Representative in Raleigh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with general questions which deal primarily with dog registration
- Providing literature and suggestions to customers seeking to purchase a purebred dog
- Making problem-solving decisions independently
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or better
- Up to 3 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of email and internet experience
- 3 years' previous experience working with confidential information, fees, or credit card transations
