Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Contact Center Representative in Raleigh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with general questions which deal primarily with dog registration
  • Providing literature and suggestions to customers seeking to purchase a purebred dog
  • Making problem-solving decisions independently

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or better
  • Up to 3 years of customer service experience
  • 3 years of email and internet experience
  • 3 years' previous experience working with confidential information, fees, or credit card transations
