Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Contact Center Services Supervisor in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a high quality work environment so team members feel supported
- Providing daily direction and communication to the call center team
- Overseeing the call center and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to use a computer and the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Previous experience handling complex customer issues in a calm and professional manner
- 3 years of demonstrated experience answering constant inbound calls
- 1-2 years of recent supervisory experience
- Must pass a Federal Background check
- Windows-based PC and corded USB headset with noise cancelling microphone and mute capabilities
