A computer and network security company is seeking a Telecommute Contact Center Solution Sales Engineer in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating new license revenue by engaging with the account’s technical team
- Act as a subject matter expert for the company's expanding portfolio of solutions
- Developing and delivering presentations to articulate technical concepts
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- 10+ years of sales engineering experience, closing $1M+ deals
- Successful selling very large, complex deals with many moving parts
- Specific experience in call center technology within Banking, Brokerage, Insurance, and Retail
- Experience with contact center solutions
