Job Summary

A human resources consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Contact Centre Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering daily questions and providing ongoing developmental training to team members
  • Promoting and encouraging a positive team atmosphere
  • Focusing on continuous improvement of the team

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center or contact center environment
  • Proven ability to maintain an acceptable level of performance in all measured areas
  • Ability to motivate and coach staff in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer focus and professionalism
