Job Summary
A company that provides professional training and coaching is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Tracer in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound calls related to COVID-19
- Contact individuals diagnosed with COVID and asked to provide information and contacts of individuals that may have been exposed to them during the time they were infected with the virus
Qualifications for this position include:
- Access tohHigh speed, broadband Internet (no satellite, hot spot, or shared Wi-Fi connections)
- Access to Windows10 desktop or laptop less than 5 years old
- Mailing address where letters and packages can be safely accepted
- Ability to be cleared by a 7-year, limited, criminal history background check A positive, compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous survey or call center experience or successful customer service experience
- Ability to compassionately communicate with a positive attitude
