An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Telecommute Contact Tracer in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collecting and recording all required information and conducting a symptom check
- Escalating all issues or complications to the appropriate point of contact
- Calling contacts of COVID-19 newly diagnosed patients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High Speed Internet Connection (12 Mpbs download, 2 Mbps upload)
- Personal Computer (Laptop or PC)
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to type 25 wpm
