Telecommute Container Architect

Job Summary

An enterprise cloud software and services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Container Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Proposing project architecture and designs and be an outward facing technical expert
• Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
• Gathering requirements, investigate and be an advocate for new SysComm solutions

Required Skills:

• Experience with databases, SQL, and/or distributed key-value storage solutions
• Experience building scalable, production-grade distributed systems
• At least 10 years of work experience in IT
• A degree in CS, Mathematics, or similar field, and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience with orchestration, virtualization, and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Show strong understanding in related fields with a focus on networking, distributed systems, system architecture, and/or security
