Job Summary
A mindful meditation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Content Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping lead strategic planning for the content team
- Directly supervising and hiring project managers and coordinators for the department
- Managing the day to day operations of the content organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience driving operational excellence for content focused organizations
- Experience building and managing budgets, business models and strategic plans
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback to track content performance.
- Experience managing production and operations staff
- Experience building a diverse team and creating space for equity and inclusion within that team
- Highly organized and detail oriented
