A company that developed a state of the art project managing system is in need of a Telecommute Content Production and QA Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing, reporting and being accountable for key metrics
• Managing, training, retaining and growing our team of freelancers
• Accountability for production performance and statistics

Qualifications Include:

• A customer service attitude
• Experience in B2B is desirable
• Experience in managing a minimum team of 40
• The ability to analyse statistics and identify trends, challenges and opportunities and recommend solutions and implement them
• Experience in setting up quality assurance processes
• Experience in managing a high volume of inbound (and outbound) workload
