Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Contingent Labor Sourcing and Category Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in developing and executing the category strategy and plan
  • Spearheading thought leadership and knowledge sharing
  • Leading the Supplier Relationship Management Program

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering contingent labor category sourcing/buying services
  • Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
  • Knowledge of the contingent labor marketplace (e.g. suppliers, rates, labor laws, technology)
  • Strong communication skills and drive desired results within the organization
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
