Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Contingent Labor Sourcing and Category Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in developing and executing the category strategy and plan
- Spearheading thought leadership and knowledge sharing
- Leading the Supplier Relationship Management Program
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years’ experience delivering contingent labor category sourcing/buying services
- Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
- Knowledge of the contingent labor marketplace (e.g. suppliers, rates, labor laws, technology)
- Strong communication skills and drive desired results within the organization
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
