A staffing agency is seeking aTelecommuteContingent Workforce Solutions Program Consultant in Milwaukee.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the day to day requisition fulfillment process for assigned clients
- Reviewing candidates resumes to insure all client requirements are met
- Negotiatingcontractbill rates on behalf of the client
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of MSPexperienceor proven success in a high-volume recruitment role
- Proven negotiation skills are a must
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with suppliers/candidates at all levels
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must
- Requires ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
