Job Summary
An American food and beverage manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Continuous Improvement Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the current/implemented manufacturing CI process
- Supporting management in the development, planning and execution of CI strategy
- Acting as a key driver of change within the business, supporting management
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be willing to travel to facilities as needed
- 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience
- Ability to articulate continuous improvement methodologies, technologies, and process design
- Able to lead a team (matrix relationship) of Process Managers
- Able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving
- Able to provide mentoring and coaching
