- Preparing, approving and managing contracts and any necessary changes that may be needed
- Examining, analyzing and revising contracts
Qualifications for this position include:

- Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies
- 3 – 5 years’ proven work experience with contract administration
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
