Job Summary
An artificial intelligence software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruit the best in class talent and help them select our company as their next home away from home
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to develop recruitment plans for their respective roles
- Establish and cultivate a full-cycle recruiting process using various tools
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition roles at tech companies, preferably start ups
- Experience with hiring for Engineering, GTM, G&A, and Leadership roles is plus
- Experience managing hiring manager and department head expectations and setting up strong roles and responsibilities during the hiring process
- Full lifecycle candidate management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing in addition to be a business partner to your hiring managers
- Ability to assess candidate's technical abilities, behavioral traits, and experience to the role as well as make recommendations to hiring team on best practices, trends, or other material impacts
